Reminder sequence

A text, then an email, then a call list until the patient books. Each step goes out on the day you set.

Practices where reception rings round in quiet spells

What it does day to day

Each patient carries their recall interval: six months for a check-up, three for hygiene, or whatever the clinician sets. When they come due, they go on the backlog with the date you asked them and how.

The sequence sends a text with a booking link, an email a week later, then puts anyone left on a call list for reception. When a patient books online, they drop off the list on their own.
