Hours back each week
The reminders, chasers and copy-and-paste jobs you did each evening go out without you.
Automations & workflows
Follow-ups, invoices, reminders and reports go out between 11pm and 6am. You wake up to a short list of what the system did and what needs you.
This is a working example. Click, drag and try it.
Pick the version closest to how you work. Under each one, tell us what you would change. It all goes into your system, and we build it the way you describe.
A departure-style board of what went out overnight: quotes followed up, invoices sent, reminders, stock orders and reports. Anything that failed or needs a decision sits at the top.
Owners who end each day with a pile of admin
A list of your rules in plain English, such as 'when a quote is accepted, book the survey'. Each rule keeps a log of what it did and when.
Businesses with hand-offs between the office, sales and site
A timeline of emails and texts on day 1, 3 and 7, with who is on each step. Anyone who replies or books comes off the sequence.
Anyone following up quotes, enquiries or lapsed customers
A booking confirmed, put in the diary, reminded the day before and invoiced after, with nobody touching it. We prototyped this for a bin cleaning firm.
Cleaners, bin cleaners and businesses with repeat bookings
Each night the system works through the routine jobs. It follows up quiet quotes, sends invoices for finished work, chases late payers, drafts orders for low stock, syncs your accounts and builds the morning figures, and you see what it did on an overnight board when you start the day.
During the day, rules take care of the hand-offs between people. When a customer accepts a quote, the system books the survey. When the team sign a job off, the invoice goes out and a review request follows a day later. You tell us the rules in plain English, and we change them when the business changes.
How Automations & workflows goes on each of the three ways businesses usually run it.
| What | Spreadsheets and paper | Off-the-shelf software | Your own system |
|---|---|---|---|
| Follow-ups | Whenever you have a spare evening | A sequence tool on its own subscription | Built into your quotes and bookings |
| Hand-offs | Someone tells someone | Zapier stitched between three apps | Rules inside one system |
| When something fails | Nobody notices | An error email nobody reads | Flagged on the morning board |
| Your process | In people's heads | Bent to fit the tool | Written into the system your way |
| Seeing what happened | Ask around | Logs in each app | One overnight board each morning |
