What it does day to day
Members join online, pick a plan and set up a Direct Debit. Their record shows what they pay, when they last came in and what they have booked, and failed payments get retried and flagged to the office.
The class screen shows each day's classes with spaces left. Members book from their phone, and when a class fills up, the next booking goes on a waiting list and gets offered any space that opens.
